FEBRUARY 2026 CLUB PROGRAM
About this event
February's program will feature Butch Farabee, a career U. S. National Park Service (NPS) Ranger whose service spanned 35 years. Butch is an Oro Valley resident and will talk about Yosemite National Park Search and Rescue (SAR) missions, of which he has been involved with 900 of them. He oversaw the SAR Program for the NPS for four years. His list of credentials is extensive, having written five books on SAR, one winning the National Outdoor Book Award in 2017. He is also a graduate of Tucson High School, The University of Arizona, and the FBI Academy. This promises to be an informative and compelling program. All SaddleBrooke residents are welcome to attend.
