[D] Walking Tour at the Pima Air & Space Museum

The Museum fee includes entry to the facility, a tram ride and a private walking tour. Additionally, Mark Swartz (a.k.a. “Black Sheep”) is a fellow SaddleBrooke hiker and a military aviation expert. Mark has volunteered to personally meet with everyone on the visit to share detailed information and to answer questions about many of the fighter planes that we will see. Ride sharing will be available. Remember, if you ride with someone you will leave when they are ready to go.
The Pima Air & Space Museum is a renowned museum that features the history of the aircraft industry with over 450 civilian and military planes and 12,000 artifacts.
*The tour begins with a private WWII tour (Hangars 3,4,5).
*A narrated tram ride around the facility will be provided.
*Mark Schwartz will be available in Hangar 1 to share his knowledge and personal experiences.
*Along with the structured parts of the tour, there will be plenty of time to wander about on your own.
*Those who want, can have lunch at the Flight Grill, or you may pack your own.
*This is an indoor/outdoor facility so dress appropriately.
*Water bottles are allowed during the tour.
